Inauguration of our new logistics centre
Our new logistics centre was inaugurated on 27.9.2008, adding to the festivities celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Böllinger Höfe industrial park. The date marked the official opening of a further 12,000 square metres of

IDEAL-PACK expands to the IDEAL-GROUP
The name IDEAL-PACK has been known in the industry for more than 13 years - with the key performance aspects packing, lettershop, fulfilment and logistics. Now the basis for further growth has been laid. Commercial areas such as credit management, accounting and complete debt collection are added with the launch of the IDEAL-FULLSERVICE GmbH.
This service amendment enables the IDEAL-GROUP to offer true full service for online shops and teleshops - from order acceptance to receipt of payment. Customers can thus fully concentrate on selling their products.
IDEAL-PACK food solutions: The specialist for food handling
The newly founded subsidiary IDEAL-PACK food solutions GmbH specializes in the handling and packing of foods. Small and large batches can be processed in specially equipped production halls and with professional devices.
Of course, IDEAL-PACK food solutions is officially audited for the handling von foods - even by leading companies in the industry.
Ecosensitive extraction of recyclable materials
Tens of thousands of products of different types are stored with us or delivered monthly by our customers. Processing at IDEAL-PACK in many cases includes the exchange of the primary packaging with new cartons. The accrued waste material has been disposed of liable for costs up to now.
From now on it will go directly from the workplaces via collection conveyors in a self-controlled press that presses it into bales with a weight for 400 kg each and ejects them ready for transportation. The carton waste thus pressed is recycled immediately. We process wood and PE waste similarly; a recycling plant for metal strips is to follow shortly.

As of recently, IDEAL-PACK is official partner of the PSI, the large promotional product service organisation. The advantages are obvious: especially attractive conditions
for all members that requires services in the areas fulfilment, lettershop and logistics, increased workload for IDEAL-PACK.
10,000 sqm more production and storage space in plant II
Business is good at IDEAL-PACK, the packaging and shipment specialist from Heilbronn. Due to the ongoing pleasing order situation,
the production and storage space in plant II of the corporate head office has been
augmented with an additional 10,000 sqm. This surely makes IDEAL-PACK one of the Big Boys in its industry in Germany.
Audited for the handling of foods
Checked by approved by Unilever! Within the scope of the certification for foods our location
in Heilbronn has literally been "scrutinised". An audit team of Unilever Germany has inspected
and certified the company IDEAL-PACK according to the strictest guidelines and regulations with regard to
warehouse organisation, storage and production safety as well as warehouse hygiene.
It is especially to our credit that we have passed this exacting inspection with the grade "A" at one go.
IDEAL-PACK maintains its own spirits warehouse
We have recently established our own spirits warehouse in the Heilbronn location. The advantages are perfectly obvious: The customs clearance of the goods takes place in the warehouse, not at the unloading place.
This results in faster logistics procedures and less wait times for the logistics partners. The consequence is a noticeable saving of expenses - and this time means money.
